This is a separate sub section of the Tormach multi site. It is built as a support section where customers can find answers to their questions. It features videos, a knowledge base and a large document library.
Some of technical skills that were needed for this site were:
- UX design and page layout
- Management of any content changes
- Performance of testing on any new integrated systems
- Modification of WordPress templates
- Creation of custom post types using PODs for WordPress
- Updating and documentation of all plugins
- Creation of assets needed using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Use of HotJar software for UX testing
- Addition of custom JavaScripts for items such as custom accordions and Hubspot form inclusion
